Throughout her career, she has been a key member of project teams responsible for delivering investments worth over EUR 600 million &#8211; including shopping centers, hotels, and retail parks &#8211; in collaboration with international investors.\r\n\r\nAna has participated in all stages of project development and implementation: from land acquisition, spatial planning amendments, and permitting, to obtaining occupancy permits and handing over the completed assets. She is particularly focused on early-stage project preparation and structuring, and on the effective coordination of stakeholders &#8211; relying on an analytical approach, clear communication, and systematic management of complex processes.
