Božen Živaljić is a Partner at Hybrid Capital Partners (HCP), a fund providing mezzanine financing to growth-stage companies in Croatia and South East Europe. He is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the firm and the implementation of its investment strategy.
Before joining HCP, Božen led Investor Relations, Capital Markets and M&A at Infobip. He previously spent most of his career in Investment Banking at UniCredit in London, advising clients on funding options and transaction execution across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
Božen holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, and a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
