In accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation, which applies from 25th May 2018, by accessing this site you accept all risks arising from its use and agree to use its content exclusively for personal use and at your own risk. Our IT system is protected by technical measures against unauthorized access, alteration, dissemination, loss and deletion of your data. We guarantee that we will use your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests, concluding and executing contracts, for our own marketing and other legitimate interests that are important for our business.

The processing of your data will be carried out exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Croatian laws and regulations. We keep your personal information in our local customer database when you submit an inquiry, request a quote or the execution of a service. Depending on the type of query or service requested, this is the following information: Name and Surname, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Photograph, Company ID Number (OIB), Job Position, Activity, Interests etc.
We process data for the purpose of sending an offer or executing the ordered service and legitimate interest in order to improve business. The data are available only to employees who need them to perform the job. We also store the e-mail address in the NEWSLETTER MailChimp program that complies with the GDPR. Without this data, it is impossible to contract and fulfill the assumed business obligations and your requirements.
Our customer base is our legitimate interest that allows us to improve business results and raise the quality of service. It is also easier for us to meet the requirements defined in the process of complying with the regulations on the protection of personal data such as updating and the possibility of portability of personal data.

Right to erase and restrict processing
The Building.hr systems comply with the data subject’s right to the rights exercised if they wish to express their opinion on the sharing of their personal data for purposes clearly, unambiguously presented to them. If Building.hr group has no legitimate interest in the storage of personal data, the data subject exercises the rights under the Regulation. Technical implementation is carried out by automated through the CRM system, while the Personal Data Protection Officer also has obligations in this area
Possibility of objection
The right to object, which the data subject exercises according to the Regulation, Building.hr has implemented in its business and has adapted to the requirements that the Regulation imposes. Users can currently exercise their right to object by e-mail, personal arrival or by mail. It is recommended that clients administer the online form or by submitting a complaint through the online complaint form. It is proposed that the complaint creates a ticket in the CRM which is then processed. The processing is manual, in the original systems.
Collection of personal data
Personal data are collected in accordance with consent for: marketing purposes, sales purposes, user profiling purposes, purposes of the Building.hr platform, purposes of the MBF event, and for networking application purposes. Consents are presented and described with regard to the purpose and the user is offered a choice of communication channel through which he wants to communicate with Building.hr. Consent is integrated over it systems Building.hr with clearly defined communication channels selected by the data subject.
