Branimir Muidža is General Manager of Heidelberg Materials for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as General Manager of Heidelberg Materials Cement BiH. He joined the company in 2000 and has since held a number of senior management positions, contributing to the development of the group’s regional operations. Before joining Heidelberg Materials, he worked as a broker and financial analyst in Croatia. He holds a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Tourism in Pula and has completed international executive and management development programmes delivered by Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Duke Corporate Education and the University of St. Gallen. His professional focus includes strategic development, investment, production modernisation, industrial decarbonisation and the development of sustainable construction materials.
