Burak Baykan is the Regional Director for Southeast Europe (SEE) at Doğuş Group, where he oversees the company’s operations and strategic investments across the region. He also serves as President of the Board of the Foreign Investors Council in Croatia (FICC).
Born in Istanbul in 1975, Baykan holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from Boğaziçi University and an MBA in Marketing from Touro University.
An experienced international executive, he has built a successful career in investment management, nautical tourism, and luxury hospitality. Throughout his career, he has led complex international operations, driven strategic growth, and supported business and investment development across Southeast Europe.
