The biggest misconception about technological transformation is that it has a beginning and an end. In reality, it is a continuous process that evolves through different stages and maturity levels. Awareness is the first step in keeping up. Furthermore, if you aspire to help others through this transformation, you must live it internally first. The hardest part is looking in the mirror, knowing the reflection won't always be a pretty sight.
