Josipa Jutt Ferlan is an experienced hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience in hotel management, development, investment, and hotel brand strategy. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions overseeing hotel operations, business development, financial performance, and internationally branded hotel projects.
In recent years, she has played a key role in expanding Hilton’s hotel portfolio in Croatia, contributing to the development and positioning of multiple properties across various Hilton brands. Her experience includes hotel acquisitions, greenfield projects, renovations and conversions, pre-opening activities, and the strategic management of hotel assets.
Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, hotel development and positioning, operational performance, contract negotiations, and creating value for owners, investors, guests, and destinations.
