Karlo Tomašić is the General Manager of ALPLA Croatia and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, with experience in production management, operational excellence and business development. Before taking on his current role, he led operational excellence across the Balkans and Hungary within ALPLA and managed Coca-Cola HBC’s production plant. His approach combines an understanding of manufacturing processes with financial and strategic management, focusing on team development, efficiency and long-term competitiveness. His particular interests include packaging innovation, the circular economy and building strong partnerships with customers and the local community.
