Marin Horvatić, EMBA, is a financial manager with over 18 years of experience in leadership roles in finance, accounting, auditing, and business transformation. He serves as the Finance Manager for the Adriatic region at Butan Plin and is the founder and director of Enigma Consulting, providing financial advisory services and interim CFO roles for small and medium-sized enterprises. Throughout his career, he has led financial operations for international and regional companies, managing finance teams and processes across the markets of Croatia, Serbia, BiH, and Slovenia. He began his career at Ernst & Young, working on audits for major Croatian and regional companies. He holds an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, strategic planning, risk management, financial restructuring, and the development of sustainable growth models.
