Matej Trbara is the co-founder of Farseer, a Finance Operating System uniting enterprise data, modeling, planning, reporting, and AI on one platform. A software engineer turned forward-deployed founder, he works directly with CFOs and FP&A teams to turn complex financial problems into scalable products.
Since 2019 he has worked across product, customer success, and enterprise sales, and today focuses on winning enterprise customers, staying involved from the first conversation through adoption. He has closed and implemented many of Farseer's largest customers, shaped its delivery methodology, and helped launch AI Analyst, Farseer's first AI-native product for finance.
Before Farseer, he spent nearly seven years at DeepAR.ai, later acquired by Zalando, leading engineering teams across computer vision, AR, and e-commerce. Earlier, he co-founded Kod Biro, from which both DeepAR and Farseer emerged.
He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
