It is a great honour to receive the MBFamilias Award. I believe that success is not only about what we achieve for ourselves and our company, but also about what we can do for the people and the community in which we live and work. If, through our actions, we can create opportunities for young people, support sport and culture, preserve part of our heritage, or simply help someone, then our work takes on its true meaning. Above all, this award is an encouragement for me to continue in that direction.
Snježana Köpruner was born on 14 February 1956 in Benkovac, Croatia. She graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb in 1980 and obtained her Master’s degree in 1986.
She began her career at the V. Bagat sewing machine factory in Zadar and later worked as a research assistant at the faculties in Zagreb and Rijeka.
From 1991 to 2010, she worked at Global Sourcing GmbH in Regensburg, Germany, first as a consultant and later as Managing Director. From 2004 to 2010, she chaired the Supervisory Board of GS-Tvornica mašina Travnik.
She served as President of Wirtschaftsverein BiH and as a member of the Employers’ Association of FBiH and the Economic and Social Council of FBiH.
Today, she is Managing Director and majority owner of GS-TMT d.o.o. In 2026, she was appointed Honorary Consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Zadar.
