Mr. Kojakovic is a seasoned banker and real estate executive with over 25 years’ experience. He is the Director of Real Estate at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he has led investments in the property and tourism sectors across Central and Eastern Europe, the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean, and Central Asia for the past nine years.
As part of its current strategic focus, the Real Estate team is increasing its investment in housing, alongside urban regeneration and tourism infrastructure, to support more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable cities, with a focus on expanding access to quality housing, driving private-sector growth, and advancing the green transition across EBRD’s regions.
Prior to joining EBRD, Mr. Kojakovic was Development Director at TriGranit Corporation, delivering major commercial projects across Central and Southeast Europe. He began his career in investment banking at BNP Paribas in London.
Mr. Kojakovic holds an MBA from Imperial College London and has completed executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School.
