With over 15 years of experience in Robotics and Autonomous Systems, primarily in the security, defence, and mining sectors, Gordan Pešić serves as CEO of DOK-ING by Rheinmetall. He has led numerous business development initiatives, expanded the company’s product portfolio, and secured significant national and EU funding through programs such as FP7, Horizon 2020, PESCO, EDIDP, and ESIF, focused on research, development, and innovation.
Mr. Pešić brings extensive international market experience, having worked on projects including Capability Development and Experimentation programs in NATO member countries, with a strong focus on innovation and technological advancement.
Alongside his role at DOK-ING by Rheinmetall, he serves as President of the Thematic Innovation Council for Security of the Republic of Croatia and as Vice President of the Croatian Defence Industry Competitiveness Cluster.
