Marko Ćosić is President of the Management Board of Đuro Đaković Group, one of Croatia’s key industrial companies, active in defence, railway programmes, machining, energy and infrastructure. Previously, he served as Management Board Member and CFO of HEP Group, and earlier as General Manager and co-founder of energy companies engaged in energy trading and investment projects in Croatia and the wider region, including Proenergy Group and Korlea Invest Holding. His career has been built at the intersection of industry, energy, finance, project development and international business cooperation. He has participated in the development and financing of renewable energy projects, including wind farms, solar power plants and battery energy storage projects. He holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and has completed additional executive education at Harvard Business School.
