Neven Vranković joined Atlantic Grupa in 1998 as Executive Director for Corporate Affairs and was appointed Vice President for Corporate Affairs in 2002.
He gained his professional experience in the Legal Department of Bergen Bank in Norway and subsequently served as a career diplomat at the Embassies of the Republic of Croatia in Washington, D.C., and Belgrade. He was a member of the Working Group responsible for preparing Croatia’s accession negotiations with the European Union for Chapter 6 – Company Law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Washington College of Law. He further enhanced his expertise in mergers and acquisitions through executive education at INSEAD Business School in France.
He has served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of RTL Hrvatska d.o.o., Zagreb, and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Stambena Štedionica d.d., Zagreb.
