He graduated in 2003 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. He serves as an Associate Professor of Digital Transformation at the Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva in Zagreb. Ivan began his career in 2003 at KONČAR – Instrument Transformers. In 2008, he transitioned to Schneider Electric as a Product Manager for medium and low voltage equipment.
By 2011, his career had advanced as he took on the role of Operational Marketing Director for customer software in Grenoble, France. After more than three years, he returned to Zagreb to become the Country General Manager for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2020, Ivan has been based in Dubai, UAE, where he continues to drive international success.
In early 2024, Ivan Paić joined the Management Board of KONČAR, leveraging his extensive experience as Vice President at Schneider Electric, where he successfully led strategic sales initiatives globally.
