Throughout this journey, the firm’s ambition has extended beyond financial performance. It has consistently earned Best Place to Work recognition and maintained an NPS above 80, significantly exceeding the industry average of 40.
His professional focus is on creating measurable value and improving the quality of management and corporate governance—the field in which he earned his PhD. He also holds an Executive MBA and has completed executive education programmes at Harvard, Oxford and MIT. In addition, he is a licensed auditor, tax adviser, business valuator and accountant.
