My main areas of interest include treating young people through psychotherapy in individual and group settings; promoting the mental health of children and young people through the media; and educating professionals who work with children and young people - such as school counsellors, teachers, professors, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, educational specialists, and psychiatrists - through lectures and conferences, with particular emphasis on early childhood development and ADHD.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked at Ugljan Psychiatric Hospital with individuals experiencing the consequences of severe psychological trauma and served as a medical escort for refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). At the Split Polyclinic for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Developmental Disabilities, he provides pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment to children and young people. As a psychotherapist and group analyst, his professional interests focus on individual and group psychotherapy for young people, professional education, and the promotion of youth mental health.
