Nataša Poldan Grabar, MD, is an anaesthesiology specialist and Chief Executive Officer of Croatia Poliklinika. She completed her specialist training in anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care at the Clinical Hospital Centre Rijeka. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive clinical and managerial experience, including work in family and emergency medicine and leadership roles within the private healthcare sector. Her professional interests include paediatric, gynaecological and obstetric anaesthesia. She is a member of the Croatian Medical Chamber, the Croatian Association of Hospital Physicians and the Croatian Society of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine.
