Boško Katić is Deputy Director and CFO of Zadar General Hospital. He has extensive experience in healthcare financial management, investments, public procurement and EU-funded projects. He is involved in the development and implementation of major infrastructure and technology projects, with a particular interest in healthcare modernization, digital transformation, innovative organizational models and sustainable healthcare financing.
