After graduating in Economics in Zagreb, Matija Jurin began his professional career at Croatia osiguranje, where he spent the following ten years. He spent a significant part of this period implementing the controlling function during the company’s transformation, as well as serving as Chief Business Analyst, where his primary responsibility was to enhance the organisation’s analytical maturity, develop advanced analytics systems to support management decision-making, and implement these solutions across the organisation’s key functions.
During this period, he also completed an Executive MBA (EMBA) programme at the Bled School of Management.
He joined Comping in 2021 as a Business Development Manager, where he played a key role in positioning Comping as one of the leading players in the field of business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions. In 2025, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
