Ivica Jakić is a seasoned expert in energy, the steel industry, and international business. He has held senior positions at companies such as Mobil Oil, Alpiq AG, and Kraft Anlage München, and for over four decades has worked as a consultant and representative for numerous European and global firms. He is the founder and president of the Croatian Association for the Development and Application of Hydrogen Fuel Cells – H2-Hydrogen Cell, as well as the founder of the West Balkan Clean Hydrogen Platform in Brussels. He is a member of the Scientific Council for Oil and Energy of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (HAZU) and several working groups on energy and hydrogen. He also lectures on hydrogen technology at the MBA program of the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka.
