Josip Ergović graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and further enhanced his expertise in economics by acquiring knowledge and competencies at international business schools.

He has been building his career at NEXE Group since 2005, holding various positions within the scope of his current responsibilities. Under his leadership, the Group implemented a new sales organization – Sales 2.0 – aimed at strengthening customer focus, enhancing the NEXE brand, and ensuring faster response and adaptation to market changes. In achieving NEXE Group’s strategic goals, he places particular emphasis on green, innovative products, as well as managing other areas under his responsibility that contribute to the Group’s strategic objectives, green transition, and operational excellence.

Since December 2024, Josip Ergović has held the position of President of the Management Board of NEXE d.d. He coordinates the overall management of NEXE Group and is responsible for sales, marketing, CRM, procurement, the Management Board Office, as well as internal audit and the tourism division.
