I am the owner of the real estate agency Top Home nekretnine d.o.o.

I worked for 30 years in a construction company and went through the entire process – from purchasing building plots, designing, obtaining building permits, securing construction sites and workers, supervising construction, technical inspections of buildings, selling apartments, commercial spaces, garages, and holiday apartments, to the handover of properties.

I participated in all of this as one small cog that actually drove the whole process.

My parents founded a real estate agency around 1988, while I was working in what was then a major construction company with about 6,500 employees.

In 2003, I founded my own real estate agency called Bonus nekretnine, which I handed over to my son after about 20 years and retired.

After a few months, however, I decided to open my own agency again and returned to the real estate business.
