THE IDEA
MBF was launched in 2024 under the name Masters of Building Fair, originally conceived as a platform for bringing together stakeholders across investment and supply chains. During the development of its first edition, however, it quickly became clear that major projects and investments are never created within a single industry alone. Every sector is inherently connected with others, as well as with investors, financial institutions, technology companies, logistics partners, and a wide range of other activities that together shape the broader economic ecosystem.
From its very first edition, MBF therefore grew beyond the concept of a sector-specific event and evolved into a holistic platform that brings together industries across the private, public, and academic sectors. In smaller economies, where industries are closely interconnected, the greatest value lies in creating a place where different sectors converge and key decision-makers can meet in one place.
As of 2025, MBF has continued to develop as Master Business Forum – an international business platform that connects business leaders and companies from a wide range of industries and convenes senior representatives of the private, public, and academic sectors from across the Adriatic region and beyond, fostering strategic dialogue, partnerships, and the development of impactful projects.
