Robert Pudić is the Founder and CEO of QUAHWA and one of Croatia’s specialty coffee pioneers. He began his entrepreneurial journey in the coffee industry in 2001 and has since developed QUAHWA into a recognised Croatian coffee roastery and coffeehouse dedicated to quality, traceability and a scientific approach to roasting. He specialises in specialty coffee development, coffee education and tailored solutions for businesses, hotels and hospitality venues. Today, QUAHWA supplies coffee to more than 230 companies, while Robert continues to promote specialty coffee culture and raise quality standards within Croatia’s coffee industry.
