Patrick Franolić is the Managing Director of the Croatian branch of Spiller Farmer, an international real estate agency that has been successfully operating in Croatia for over twenty years. After completing his studies in international management, marketing, and organizational structure in Graz, he further specialized in international monetary economics, EU marketing, and game theory in economics and politics at the University of Alicante, Spain, and the University of Oklahoma, USA. Through his education, he gained deep expertise in retail and channel management, sales, consumer behaviour, and international marketing.

Mr. Franolić began his career by developing the “Shop in Shop” network for InterMarche (InterEx) stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Later, he planned development projects for Croatian clients within the Carinthian Development Agency. Under his leadership since January 2006, Spiller Farmer has acquired substantial experience and competitive insight into the domestic market. The company offers a comprehensive range of advisory services, including mediation in the leasing of commercial, warehouse, and office spaces, consulting on new investments and brownfield projects, the purchase and sale of land and properties, and investment consulting on challenging projects. Additionally, a strong focus is placed on sustainability in real estate in line with new green initiatives and policies.
