Not knowing what to expect I was very surprised with the MBF. It was a great pleasure to be able to meet developers, builders, architects, managers, entrepreneurs and others and be able to inspire them and speak about how important design is to all fields of the built environment. design shapes the future and the betterment of society. Design is about evolving our culture and physical landscape. MBF is a vital and necessary part of the design community driven to inspire and embrace the physical world.

The 2024 MBF was an extraordinary experience in a beautiful country. I was pleased to attend and honored to speak about historic preservation and earthquake engineering, two key topics in Croatia and all of Europe. Maintaining heritage structures can lead to an improved appreciation of the past and the development of cultural tourism.

As an architect and illustrator of buildings and cities, I am enthusiastic about representing a metaphorical image that aims to restore the values ​​and strength of an international fair like MBF, which among other things takes place in a place so rich in beauty and inspiration like Rovinj, Croatia. I have designed an ideal MBF city, where the values, the positive comparison between old and new, dynamism and the ability to create communication, collaborations and connections with the whole world can be found, which are typical elements of a reference fair like this…

I had the pleasure of attending the Masters of Building Fair this October, and it was an exceptional experience. The event brought together industry leaders, innovative ideas, and valuable networking opportunities.

Fantastic event, so smooth, well-organised and enjoyable. Very easy to meet and get to know people quickly because of the scale and layout. The venue was easy to get to and Rovinj a good size town and setting. The scale made it relaxing and the atmosphere was on the enjoyable/relaxed side whilst the talks made it engaging and professionally very worthwhile. The parties and dinner really cemented new connections and made it a memorable event people will be wanting more of. Well done to all the organisers at every level, attention to detail was first class.

MBF was an experience beyond any of my expectations. From the accommodation and hospitality to the organization, production, and quality of the lectures. I truly take pride in always saying that I hosted a panel at such an event. The socializing and meeting people we usually see in the media, the relaxed and composed organizational team, and the attention to detail and little things were truly impressive. I’m looking forward to future collaborations.

I would especially highlight and praise the excellent organization, as well as the breadth of topics and guests covered. I believe that in the coming years, this will become even more prominent as a key strength of the event.

MBF managed to establish itself on the first try as the central meeting point for all companies and experts related to construction and related industries. It was a great mix of a series of interesting and useful lectures that covered the latest trends, along with opportunities for participants to meet and network. I’m confident that with each upcoming edition, thanks to the organizers’ efforts, the event will become even more high-quality and continue to grow in terms of visitors.

Participating as one of the speakers at the first MBF Conference in 2024 left a lasting impression on me. The conference as a whole was filled with positive emotions, and it was clear that the organization and execution of the project were approached with expertise, but also with “heart.” This is what makes this conference different from others.
