Makedonka Mateska is Senior Country Manager at the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), with over 20 years of experience in developing, structuring and financing public and social investment projects across several European countries. Her work spans cooperation with national and local governments, public financial institutions and international partners, with extensive experience in affordable housing and other social infrastructure.
Before joining CEB, she worked with the European Commission, in the diplomatic service and in the consulting sector. She holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from HEC Paris, NYU Stern and the London School of Economics, and has an international, multilingual professional background.
