Makedonka Mateska will present the Council of Europe Development Bank’s (CEB) experience in financing affordable housing and how it can be applied in Croatia. The focus will be on combining public funds, long-term financing and private capital, and moving from strategies to concrete projects that meet people’s needs. She will highlight affordable housing as a foundation for inclusive communities and a productive economy.
