With over 20 years of hands-on real estate experience across the SEE region, based in Zagreb, I am a Senior Partner at InterCapital Real Estate. There, I am jointly responsible for Croatia’s first institutional, regulated, and ESG-compliant investment platform, dedicated exclusively to prime real estate and professionally managed by experienced experts from both capital and property markets.

As CEO of Soen Capital, I have led numerous transactions exceeding EUR 100+ million. Previously, as Managing Director at Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC), I managed a portfolio worth over EUR 250 million in Croatia and Serbia, with full responsibility for the country’s first and only LEED Platinum certified office park.

From 2005 until 2011 I was a Partner at CBRE Croatia, advising clients such as funds, developers, family offices, and banks on major office and retail developments across SEE. Additionally, I served as a member of the Green Bond Committee of a Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed property company.

My leadership roles include serving on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, including as President, and being a founding Board member of the Croatian Green Building Council.

I hold an MBA from the IEDC Bled School of Management and have completed executive courses (CPD) at Oxford University and Harvard Business School. I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and regularly speak and guest lecture, including at the University of Zagreb, School of Economics.
