Vedrana is a seasoned professional with vast experience in investment and real estate development advisory services in Croatia and Adriatic region. She holds a position of Managing Partner of Colliers – a leading global consultancy firm whose business for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina she has been running since 2006. Prior to joining Colliers, Vedrana spent 10 years of her career in production and advertising, media, advocacy and communication management.

Since she joined Colliers in 2006, she has led or coordinated international multidisciplinary teams on various real estate and investment projects worth more than 20 billion EUR, working for international, regional and local investors and developers, as well as institutions like EBRD, WB and central and local governments. Her field of expertise are projects in field of Real Estate, Investments, Development, Social infrastructure, Affordable Housing Advisory and Green Building.

Since early 2000’s she holds President and Board positions in various organisations, among which are British Business Chamber in Croatia, American Chamber of Commerce, Academy for Political Development and Croatia Green Building Council, where she holds a lifetime position of Honorary Member. Vedrana is a frequent guest lecturer at colleges, institutes and universities and actively participates as advisory board member, program advisor, moderator and panellist in the leading conferences in Croatia, region and Europe on the real estate, investments, ESG and resilience. She is giving her professional contribution as the member of the juries and judging panels of prestigious European awards.

After Political Sciences in Zagreb, Vedrana graduated from the New York Institute of Finance with a degree in Mergers and Acquisitions, the Academy for Political Development and the UN Academy. In 2016, she obtained an EMBA title at International business school in Zagreb, while in 2018 she became a certified expert according to RICS standards in Management Consultancy, which is the greatest professional recognition in the segment of investments and real estate in the world. In 2022, she got her degree on University of Oxford at Organisational Resilience Programme, becoming the first formally educated specialist for that area in wider Europe, with final thesis on “Governmental, social and organisational resilience”.

Her most recent recognitions and awards are in 2024 Croatian Women of Influence Award (Business category), 2022 European Female Business Leader by Emerging Europe Award, and for 10 consecutive years “Consultant of the Year” award by International Property Awards.
