Ana is responsible for supporting the development and expansion of VGP’s operations in the Croatian market, with a focus on the early stages of logistics park development, collaboration with public authorities, and alignment with local legislation. She is currently actively involved in the implementation of VGP Park Lučko and VGP Park Split, as well as the development of infrastructure solutions necessary for their successful execution.

She has over ten years of experience in project management within the real estate and construction sector, with a focus on pre-development and development phases, strategic planning, and project structuring. Throughout her career, she has been a key member of project teams responsible for delivering investments worth over EUR 600 million – including shopping centers, hotels, and retail parks – in collaboration with international investors.

Ana has participated in all stages of project development and implementation: from land acquisition, spatial planning amendments, and permitting, to obtaining occupancy permits and handing over the completed assets. She is particularly focused on early-stage project preparation and structuring, and on the effective coordination of stakeholders – relying on an analytical approach, clear communication, and systematic management of complex processes. Her work is driven by the creation of added value for investors through strategic planning and responsible risk management.
