Franco Peruza has been collaborating with PKF hospitality group as an external partner since the early 2000s, becoming a permanent team member in 2019.

Before joining PKF hospitality group, Franco served as Owner’s Representative and CEO of Le Méridien Lav Split (2013–2017), as well as CEO of Magnum Hotels Croatia, managing six properties in Opatija and Mali Lošinj (2001–2006), where he was responsible for renovation, repositioning, and restructuring of hotel assets. He also held the position of CEO at Grand Marine Lav Split (2013–2017) and was the founder and CEO of Magnum Nautica (2003–2006) — the first luxury charter company under the Croatian flag, headquartered in Zagreb with a fleet based in Marina Kaštela near Split.

He has also served as CEO of Novi Hotels d.d. in Novi Vinodolski and worked as Development Director for Central and Eastern Europe for the German hotel group Steigenberger and the Italian Domina Hotels.

Today, Franco works as a Senior Consultant and Business Developer at PKF’s Zagreb office, while privately living on the Adriatic — between Rijeka and Zadar. He specializes in project development, conceptual advisory, M\&A, and transaction support, primarily across European markets, with a focus on the Adriatic region, including Croatia, as well as Germany.

Born in Munich, he holds both German and Croatian citizenship. He speaks German, Croatian, English, and French.
