Tomislav Čeh is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry. He joined PKF hospitality group in 2018 and is currently based in Zagreb, serving as Executive Director.

Before joining PKF hospitality group in Vienna, Tomislav held various senior leadership positions as General Manager and Executive Director in multiple hotel companies. He began his career at the travel agency Globtour in the Czech Republic, where he served as Head of Finance and Controlling, later becoming Director of Globtour Prague and then Director of the parent company in Slovenia.

He also gained experience as CEO of a company managing natural and cultural landmarks — Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle in Slovenia. As Executive Director of LifeClass Hotels & Spa in Portorož, he was involved in the renovation of the Kempinski Palace Portorož. During his time at HETA Asset Resolution Slovenia, he established the company’s asset management department. His last position before joining PKF was as Executive Director of Union Hotels, the largest hotel group in Ljubljana.

Tomislav graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Maribor and furthered his education through the General Managers Program at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York.

He is a lifetime member of the Cornell Hotel Society and a member of the European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA).
