Alan is mainly working as a coach for senior executives supporting them in development of mid and long term business plans through structured process of Turnaround Management Plan Plus resulting with sustainable financial improvements, leadership development, and targeted improvement of organizational culture.

Alan has dedicated time and experience to Management and Leadership lectures at several business schools and accepted opportunity to lead Management Program.
