Consultant & Supervisor
She graduated from Politecnico di Milano, where she also earned a PhD in interior design and taught for ten years. In 1994, together with two partners, she founded the architectural firm CLS architetti, working across various sectors – residential, hospitality, retail, and new construction. Since 2019, the firm has operated under the name Locatelli Partners.
Over the years, she has worked on projects of different scales, focusing in the last 17 years on retail development, leading a dedicated team for store projects – from concept and value engineering to design and construction – supporting brands in consistent global rollouts.
A key to success was integrating project management as an essential part of architectural services, with a 360° approach ensuring control over time, budget, design, and execution.
This strategy allowed her firm to successfully manage global rollouts for numerous brands, including Michael Kors (since 2008), On Running (since 2021), Panerai flagship store in Milan (2023), Versace across the EU (since 2022), Jimmy Choo in EMEA and APAC regions (since 2023), and Karl Lagerfeld flagship store in London (2024).
Additional value came from developing brand support tools such as manuals, formats, communication tools, and clear processes to facilitate teamwork from start to finish.
Besides retail, she has worked on various other projects – from residential buildings and factories to restoring historic villas across EMEA and the US.
She has also contributed to publishing books on design and interiors and written for architectural magazines like Abitare and Ottagono.
In 2025, she decided to leave her company to pursue new challenges at a different level – today she works as a consultant and supervisor on diverse projects.
