Dino Ćoza Saršon (born October 9, 1988) is a member of the Management Board of the JGL Group and Deputy Chair of the Management Board. He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of Zagreb and earned his MBA at the WU Executive Academy in Vienna. He was appointed to the Management Board on July 1, 2021, where he directs and oversees processes of corporate development and financing of strategic projects, development of corporate governance, and strategic risk analysis. He is also the employer’s authorized representative for cooperation with the Works Council.
He has built his entire career at JGL, advancing from a trainee in production and strategic controlling to a key role in the spin-off and establishment of Adrialab’s operations, after which he took over the company’s leadership. Upon returning to JGL, he successfully managed technology transfers, and today he focuses his role on developing and implementing the Group’s strategic initiatives.
