Zrinka is a lawyer with over 17 years of hands-on experience. She provides daily legal support to her clients, mainly medium and large domestic and international companies, advising them on all aspects of their business operations in Croatia. Through her long-standing collaboration with the Deloitte Legal network, she advises clients on tax compliance matters as well as all areas of corporate and employment law, and represents them in proceedings and disputes related to tax and other administrative issues.

She has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions, participating in due diligence processes and advising clients on all legally and practically relevant aspects of closing transactions.
