Helena is a Partner in the Tax Department and the Director of Deloitte’s Croatian office. She is responsible for the office’s organization and further development. Within the Tax Department, she leads a team of experts specialized in indirect taxation as well as accounting, business reporting, and payroll services.

She has over 20 years of experience in taxation, including corporate income tax, personal income tax, and other areas of Croatian and international tax practice, with a strong focus on tax management within companies and the development of tax functions in large corporations. Her clients include companies from various industry sectors.

Helena holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb and an EMBA from Cotrugli Business School. She is regularly recognized as a leading expert in indirect taxation by the International Tax Review.
