Miki Huljić has been with KONČAR since October 2012, starting as Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed Deputy Member of the Management Board in August 2014 and became a Member of the Management Board in August 2016.

Before joining KONČAR, from January to October 2012, he served as Assistant Minister of Economy. Prior to that, he worked at Hrvatska pošta as Executive Director of the Support Division, responsible for managing the Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Maintenance and Asset Management, and IT sectors.

He also served as director of Lantea Group and Sportina, where, in addition to leading the company in Croatia, he was responsible for Sportina Group’s commercial operations across all markets.

Miki began his career at the auditing firm Progres, first working in audit and later as a business consultant in audit, accounting, and taxation. Part of his career was also in investment banking, serving as Director of the Analytical Department at Kaptol Investment Company, which established the first investment fund in Croatia and participated in coupon privatization through the closed-end fund SNF. He held the position of Finance and Controlling Director at Badel 1862, Tekstilpromet, and Excelsa Holding, the parent company of the group owned by the Andronica Lukšić family in Croatia.

He has lectured at numerous professional seminars and authored around ten articles on topics including International Financial Reporting Standards, income tax, corporate tax, and value-added tax. Throughout his career, he has served on multiple supervisory boards.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb in 1993.
