Tedi Chiavalon is an Istrian olive grower and co-owner of OPG Chiavalon, a family-run olive oil mill in Vodnjan. Together with his brother Sandi, he is dedicated to producing premium extra virgin olive oils that win international awards and are featured in Michelin-starred restaurants. In addition, Tedi was active in political life as the secretary-general of IDS and a member of the party’s Presidency, and today he contributes to social and economic initiatives in Istria.
