Building Heritage d.o.o. obrađuje osobne podatke korisnika aplikacije u skladu s GDPR-om i važećim propisima Republike Hrvatske.
Aplikacija je dostupna isključivo prijavljenim sudionicima događaja te služi za informiranje, networking i dogovaranje sastanaka. Podatke unesene u korisnički profil, kao što su ime i prezime, fotografija, tvrtka, radno mjesto, interesi i kontaktni podaci, koristimo radi funkcioniranja aplikacije, organizacije događaja i povezivanja sudionika.
Podaci profila vidljivi su ostalim prijavljenim sudionicima u networking dijelu aplikacije. Kontaktne podatke možete sakriti u postavkama profila. Korištenjem opcije zahtjeva za sastanak dopuštate drugom sudioniku da vidi vaš profil i pošalje vam zahtjev za povezivanje.
Aplikacija koristi push obavijesti za važne informacije povezane s događajem te analitičke i tehničke podatke radi sigurnosti, stabilnosti i poboljšanja korisničkog iskustva. Aplikacija je dio frenki.com platforme i povezana je s web platformom događaja.
Kako bismo pronašli i otklonili tehničke pogreške, aplikacija šalje izvješća o pogreškama našem pružatelju usluga Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). Izvješće sadrži vrstu pogreške i njezin tehnički tijek, vrijeme, verziju aplikacije i operativnog sustava, kod odgovora poslužitelja te podatak je li uređaj bio povezan s internetom. Ne sadrži vaše ime, adresu e-pošte, poveznicu za prijavu ni IP adresu. Izvješća se pohranjuju u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i brišu nakon 90 dana. Sentry je certificiran u okviru EU-a i SAD-a za privatnost podataka, za koji je Europska komisija utvrdila da osigurava odgovarajuću razinu zaštite osobnih podataka.
Vaši se podaci obrađuju samo za potrebe rada aplikacije, provedbe događaja, ispunjavanja zakonskih i ugovornih obveza te legitimnih interesa organizatora. Pristup podacima imaju samo ovlaštene osobe i pružatelji usluga potrebni za rad platforme.

Building Heritage d.o.o. processes users’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
The app is available exclusively to registered event participants and is intended for event information, networking and meeting requests. We use the information entered in your profile, such as your name, photo, company, job title, interests and contact details, to enable the app’s functionality, support event organisation and connect participants.
Profile information is visible to other registered participants in the networking section of the app. You can hide your contact details in your profile settings. By using the meeting request feature, you allow other participants to view your profile and send you a request to connect.
The app uses push notifications to deliver important event-related information, as well as analytics and technical data to ensure security, stability and improve the user experience. The app is part of the frenki.com platform and is connected to the event’s web platform.
To find and fix technical faults, the app sends error reports to our service provider Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). A report contains the type of error and its technical trace, the time, the app and operating-system version, the server response code and whether the device was online. It does not contain your name, email address, login link or IP address. Reports are stored in the United States and deleted after 90 days. Sentry is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Your data is processed only for the operation of the app, event delivery, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and the organiser’s legitimate interests. Access to the data is limited to authorised persons and service providers necessary for operating the platform.
