Presentation
The session will begin with two presentations: Nebojša Vitez (Porobija & Špoljarić) will speak about key legal changes in and around buildings, while Ana Leko Vučković (ZGRADOnacelnik.hr) will address how future “Zgrade d.d.” will operate.

•Nebojša Vitez graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in 2004. After graduation, he began working as a trainee at the County Court in Varaždin from April 2005 to September 2007, including a one-year internship at the Municipal Court in Varaždin.
