Emanuel is a lawyer with long-standing experience in corporate law across the banking, manufacturing, and energy sectors. He is currently employed at INA Industrija nafte d.d. as Chief Advisor for External Relations. At INA, as well as in his roles as Head of the Legal Department at CEMEX Croatia and at Societe Generale Splitska Banka, Emanuel gained extensive expertise in negotiations, managing regulatory risks, competition law, and compliance.

Emanuel is a member of the Executive Board of the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Croatia, a registered lobbyist, and one of the leading domestic experts on the regulatory framework and public affairs in the Croatian energy sector.
