Olgica joined Colliers in October 2017 and currently serves as the Business Development Manager. In her role, she spearheads growth initiatives for Colliers while overseeing all marketing and PR endeavors across Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has played a pivotal role in numerous projects for major international clients, crafting tailored marketing strategies to drive success.

Renowned for her expertise in developing and executing customized marketing strategies, Olgica focuses on optimizing the market positioning of clients’ properties. She is instrumental in identifying market opportunities and devising comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to fuel the company’s growth.

Before joining Colliers, Olgica gained valuable experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant for the public sector. In this capacity, she advised public administrations and private companies on EU funds, monitored tenders, and prepared tender documentation.

Olgica holds a Master of Economics degree from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Rijeka. Her academic background, coupled with her extensive professional experience, positions her as a dynamic leader in driving business development and marketing excellence at Colliers.

She has worked on numerous project with clients such as ALFI RE, TEVA, Rimac Technology, EBRD and others. As of 2024 she is a part of the organisational board for the PROGRES conference, an event that discuses current key trends on the Slovenian real estate market where she manages crucial elements in event planing and promoting the conferene itself.
