Ivana Čehulić graduated in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Quality Management. She attended numerous domestic and international programs in financial management, and successfully completed the “Oxford Finance and Corporate Governance Programme” at SAID Business School, University of Oxford.
She began her career at Croatian Motorways, where she advanced to the position of Head of the Independent Department for Economic and Financial Affairs, responsible for the company’s liquidity and cash flow management. This role included close cooperation with banks, auditing firms, and other financial institutions. In 2014, she joined Tokić d.o.o. as Finance Director. From June 2019, she also served as a Member of the Management Board of Autocentar Marinići d.o.o., and from July 2019 as Managing Director of Tokić d.o.o. Slovenia.
In 2020, she joined the NEXE Group as Management Board Member for Finance, where she is responsible for finance, controlling, treasury, accounting, and risk management at the Group level. She is particularly interested in financial and EU ETS market trends, central bank monetary policies and challenges in the CEE region, as well as the climate transition and its implications, including the impact of inflationary pressures on companies’ green and energy transitions, all within the framework of achieving NEXE Group’s strategic goals.
