Nuccia is the Director of Corporate Solutions, responsible for overseeing the strategic delivery of lease, sale, and workplace advisory services across Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. In this expanded role, she focuses on integrated solutions tailored to corporate clients, ensuring excellence across office, retail, and industrial & logistics markets. With her team, Nuccia delivers high-value, client-specific solutions marked by dedication, precision, and best-in-class outcomes.

She was promoted to Junior Partner in 2022 and most recently in 2025 to Director of Corporate Solutions.

Over the course of more than 11 years in the real estate industry, she has been actively involved in consulting and transaction execution for some of the world’s most prominent brands.

Nuccia has advised numerous respected clients including Microsoft, the Australian Embassy, Electrolux, Carl Zeiss, Novo Nordisk, Atos, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, SAP, Nestle, Telemach, Cisco Systems, Apple, Dogus Group, General Motors, L’Oreal, NOKIA, Philips, and many others.

Nuccia graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds both American and Croatian degrees. She recently completed her two-year e-Leadership MBA programme at Algebra School of Business. She is a licensed real estate agent certified by the Croatian Chamber of Economy and a qualified chartered surveyor member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
