Ognjen Bagatin is a serial entrepreneur, manager, and entrepreneurial influencer. He is the co-owner and director of Sinteza Polyclinic, as well as Futura Partners, a company that invests in small and medium-sized enterprises with strong export potential. He is also the co-owner of Bagatin Polyclinic and the Poduzetnik Media Platform.

After completing his MBA studies at Cotrugli, he joined the board of MBA Croatia, an association that brings together MBA alumni from more than 15 different MBA programs.

Having spent many years coaching sports teams and clubs, Ognjen strives to bring team spirit, unity, and strong values into the corporate culture of every company he leads. In addition, he acts as a consultant for around 20 clinics across Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Romania, etc.) as well as in Croatia, specializing in medical management and health tourism. He is actively involved in several Executive Boards and Councils related to the development of health tourism in Croatia, where he sees great potential (such as the Health Tourism Council at the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Healthcare Executive Board at the Croatian Employers’ Association).

With his broad knowledge and experience in numerous entrepreneurial projects, he works intensively on fostering entrepreneurship through various initiatives within the Poduzetnik Media Platform. These include publishing the Poduzetnik magazine, launching the portal Poduzetnik.biz, organizing the “Entrepreneurial Mindset” conference, and co-hosting two YouTube shows – “Entrepreneurial Mindset” with Saša Cvetojević and “Sales Mindset” with Vedran Sorić and Saša Tenodi.

The mission of the Poduzetnik Media Platform is to position entrepreneurs as leaders of society, which is also Ognjen Bagatin’s personal mission.
