The panel “Between Order and Chaos: Entrepreneurship in the Era of (De)Regulation” will bring together business representatives who will share their experiences and strategies for navigating constant regulatory changes. We will discuss how fluctuations in the legislative framework – such as ESG requirements, fiscalization, HR regulations, artificial intelligence, and more – create both challenges and opportunities for Croatian entrepreneurs.

Panelists will reveal the internal processes their organizations use to anticipate, interpret, and implement regulatory updates, while reflecting on how they balance compliance with maintaining business agility.

The goal of the panel is to provide practical insights into managing regulatory complexity and to encourage discussion on building sustainable business strategies in an environment where the only constant is change.
